Standard Shipping 

Standard shipping is available for a flat rate of $12 for tracked courier delivery anywhere in Australia. Our products are delivered Australia wide from our Sydney warehouse, mostly using Australia Post. When we receive your payment, we will process and despatch your order within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative.

Express Shipping 

Express Shipping is available for a $20 flat rate per order. Express Deliveries will usually arrive either next day or within 2-3 business days of your order being confirmed. Please note: Some areas of Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania may take 2-3 days longer depending on your exact location.

Warehouse Pick Up 

Unfortunately our warehouse locations are not open to the public for local pick up of orders. We are however developing a “Click and Collect” service that we hope to have operational mid-2023 from our Sydney fulfillment centre.

International Orders 

We do NOT accept international orders through our website.

Tracking of your Delivery 

eParcel is an online traceable service from Australia Post. When we process and send your order, you will receive automated email notification via Australia Post eParcel notifications with updates and tracking details.
